How To Make Krispy Kreme Glazed Donuts Recipe
homemade version of the classic Krispy Kreme glazed donuts.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 cups vegetable oil, for frying
- 1 cup confectioner’s sugar, for glaze
- 1/4 cup water, for glaze
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and vanilla.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Using a cookie cutter or donut cutter, cut out circles of dough and carefully place them into the hot oil. Fry for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Remove the donuts from the oil with a slotted spoon and place them on a wire rack to cool slightly.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the confectioner’s sugar and water until smooth. Dip each donut into the glaze, coating all sides, and return to the wire rack to dry. Serve immediately.
