How To Make Krispy Kreme Raspberry Filled Donuts
Deliciously filled donuts with raspberry jam in every bite!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together buttermilk and egg.

Add melted butter to the buttermilk mixture and whisk to combine.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until just combined.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch thickness.

Using a round cookie cutter, cut out the dough and place on a floured baking sheet.

Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.

Fill a pot with vegetable oil about 2 inches deep and heat to 350°F.

Using a doughnut cutter, cut holes in the center of each dough round.

Carefully fry the doughnuts in hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.

Once cooled, fill a piping bag with raspberry jam and pipe into the center of each doughnut.

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
