How To Make Kraft Cheesecake Recipe

Creamy, rich and smooth cheesecake made with Kraft cream cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 (8 oz) packages Kraft cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Stir in sour cream.

  4. Pour mixture over crust.

  5. Bake for 1 hour or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake. Cool before removing rim and refrigerate cheesecake for at least 4 hours before serving.
