How To Make Johnny’s Chili Recipe
A hearty and flavorful chili recipe with ground beef, beans, and a blend of spices.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large pot, brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.

Add onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, kidney beans, black beans, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Serve with toppings such as shredded cheese, chopped onions, and sour cream.
