How To Make Johnny’s Onion Rings Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 large onions, cut into rings
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- Vegetable oil, for frying

In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.

In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk and egg.

Dip each onion ring into the flour mixture, then into the buttermilk mixture, and then back into the flour mixture.
