How To Make Johnny’s Fried Pickles Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 jar of dill pickle spears (16 oz)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions

Drain pickles and pat dry with paper towels.

In a shallow bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

In another shallow bowl, whisk together milk and egg.

Heat 1 inch of oil in a skillet to 375°F.

Dip each pickle spear in the milk mixture, then coat in the flour mixture.
