How To Make Johnny’s Fried Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Oil for frying

In a large bowl, whisk together buttermilk, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Add chicken thighs and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
