Ingredients
- 4 sub rolls
- 1/2 cup of hummus
- 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup of sliced banana peppers
- 1/4 cup of sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup of sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup of sliced tomato
- 1/4 cup of shredded lettuce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Zesty sauce (optional)
Instructions

Cut the sub rolls in half lengthwise.

Spread hummus on each half of the rolls.

Add sliced black olives, banana peppers, red onion, cucumber, tomato and shredded lettuce to each roll.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Drizzle with zesty sauce, if desired.
