How To Make Jersey Mike’s Turkey and Provolone Sub Recipe
A classic sub filled with juicy turkey and melted provolone cheese.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 4 sub rolls
- 1/2 lb of thinly sliced turkey breast
- 8 slices of provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp of red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp of dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce, tomato, onion (optional toppings)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F

Cut sub rolls in half and place them on a baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the inside of the sub rolls.

Add sliced turkey and provolone cheese to each sub roll.

Bake the subs in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.

Add desired toppings like lettuce, tomato, and onion.

Serve hot.
