How To Make Jersey Mike’s Tuna Sub Recipe
A classic submarine sandwich packed with delicious tuna salad, veggies, and toppings.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 4 sub rolls
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of diced celery
- 1/4 cup of diced red onion
- 1/4 cup of diced pickles
- 1 tsp of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
- Sliced red onions
- Sliced pickles
- Banana peppers
- Sweet peppers
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, diced celery, red onion, pickles, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Cut the sub rolls lengthwise and scoop out some of the bread to make room for the filling.

Layer the lettuce, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onions, and sliced pickles on the bottom of the sub rolls.

Scoop the tuna salad mixture onto the rolls, dividing equally.

Top the sandwiches with banana peppers and sweet peppers.

Close the sandwiches and serve.
