How To Make Garrett’s Macadamia CaramelCrisp
Crispy popcorn coated with buttery caramel and crunchy macadamia nuts.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 6 cups of popped popcorn
- 1 cup of macadamia nuts
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
Instructions

Preheat oven to 250°F.

Spread popcorn and macadamia nuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a saucepan, melt butter and mix in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and stir in baking soda.

Pour mixture over popcorn and nuts. Mix well to coat.

Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

Let cool before serving.
