How To Make Garrett’s Macadamia CaramelCrisp

Crispy popcorn coated with buttery caramel and crunchy macadamia nuts.

Total: 1 hour 10 minutes



  • 6 cups of popped popcorn
  • 1 cup of macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of corn syrup
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of baking soda


  1. Preheat oven to 250°F.

  2. Spread popcorn and macadamia nuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. In a saucepan, melt butter and mix in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

  4. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda.

  5. Pour mixture over popcorn and nuts. Mix well to coat.

  6. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

  7. Let cool before serving.
