How To Make Garrett’s Cashew CaramelCrisp
Delicious caramel corn mixed with roasted cashews.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup roasted cashews
Instructions

Preheat oven to 250°F.

Pop popcorn kernels and set aside in a large bowl.

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

Once melted, add brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Stir until mixture is smooth.

Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Allow to boil for 4 minutes.

Remove from heat and add baking soda. Stir to combine.

Pour mixture over popcorn and stir until all kernels are coated.

Add roasted cashews and stir to combine.

Spread mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

Allow to cool before serving.
