Ingredients
- 8 cups popcorn
- 1 cup mixed nuts
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Instructions

Preheat oven to 250°F.

Mix popcorn and nuts in a large bowl.

In a medium saucepan, melt butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, and vanilla extract over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Once the mixture reaches a boil, let it cook for 5 minutes without stirring.

Remove from heat and stir in baking soda until foamy.

Pour the caramel mixture over the popcorn and nuts, stirring well to coat.

Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
