How To Make Garrett’s Gingerbread CaramelCrisp Recipe
Sweet and spicy caramel popcorn with a gingerbread twist.

Ingredients
- 8 cups popped popcorn
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
Instructions

Preheat oven to 250°F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread popcorn evenly on it.

In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter and molasses.

Over low heat, stir the mixture until sugar is dissolved.

Add ground ginger, cinnamon, cloves and baking soda to the saucepan, stirring well.

Increase heat and cook until mixture reaches 250°F or hard ball stage, stirring occasionally.

Pour the mixture over the popcorn spreading evenly.

Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool.
