How To Make Vegan Macadamia Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Soak the macadamia nuts in water for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  2. Drain the nuts and place them in a food processor with all the other ingredients.

  3. Blend everything until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add a little more water until the desired consistency is reached.

  4. Transfer the cheese to a container and let it chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
