How To Make Vegan Macadamia Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup raw macadamia nuts
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
Instructions

Soak the macadamia nuts in water for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Drain the nuts and place them in a food processor with all the other ingredients.

Blend everything until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add a little more water until the desired consistency is reached.

Transfer the cheese to a container and let it chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
