How To Make Steve’s PaleoGoods Coconut Macadamia Granola Recipe
Crunchy and delicious coconut and macadamia nut granola, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

In a large bowl, mix together coconut flakes and macadamia nuts.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.

Pour honey mixture over coconut and macadamia mixture and stir well until everything is coated evenly.

Spread mixture out evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Let cool completely before serving. Enjoy over yogurt, with milk, or just plain!
