How To Make Garrett’s Almond Pecan CaramelCrisp Recipe
A crunchy, sweet and salty snack made with caramel-coated popcorn, almonds and pecans.

Ingredients
- 8 cups popcorn
- 1 cup roasted almonds
- 1 cup roasted pecans
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).

In a large mixing bowl, mix together popcorn, almonds and pecans.

In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

Once melted, add brown sugar, corn syrup and salt to the saucepan. Stir until sugar is dissolved and mixture comes to a boil.

Boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and add baking soda and vanilla. Stir until mixture is light and frothy.

Pour caramel mixture over popcorn mixture and stir until evenly coated.

Spread mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

Allow to cool completely before serving.
