How To Make Dunkin Donuts Boston Cream Donut Recipe
Classic donut filled with smooth vanilla custard and topped with a rich chocolate glaze.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a donut pan with cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, vanilla, and butter. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until well combined.

Spoon the batter into the donut pan, about 3/4 full. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Remove donuts from the pan and let cool on a wire rack.

In a medium saucepan, heat heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until simmering. Remove from heat and let cool.

Once the mixture is cooled, fill a piping bag with the vanilla custard and pipe the custard into each donut.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and heavy cream for 30 seconds at a time until fully melted. Stir until smooth.

Dip the tops of each donut into the chocolate glaze and let cool until hardened.
