Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen French fries
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 green onion, sliced (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven according to frozen fries package instructions.
  2. Arrange frozen fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for half of the recommended time.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix shredded chicken and buffalo sauce.
  4. Remove fries from oven and top with chicken mixture, shredded cheese, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly, and fries are crispy.
  5. Drizzle ranch dressing over loaded fries and sprinkle with sliced green onions, if desired. Serve immediately.
