Ingredients

  • 1 package of Chips Ahoy cookies
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Crush the Chips Ahoy cookies in a food processor or put them in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  3. Add the crushed cookies to the mixing bowl and mix until evenly combined.

  4. Roll the dough into bite-sized balls and place on parchment paper.

  5. Refrigerate the balls for at least 30 minutes.

  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and vegetable oil in 30-second intervals until smooth.

  7. Dip each dough ball into the melted chocolate and place back on parchment paper.

  8. Refrigerate for another 10-15 minutes until the chocolate has hardened.
