How To Make Chips Ahoy Pancakes
Deliciously fluffy pancakes infused with chunks of Chips Ahoy cookies.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup Chips Ahoy cookies, roughly chopped
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and vegetable oil.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Stir in the chopped Chips Ahoy cookies.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.

Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to scoop batter onto the griddle or pan.

Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
