Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Chips Ahoy cookies, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and vegetable oil.

  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

  4. Stir in the chopped Chips Ahoy cookies.

  5. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.

  6. Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to scoop batter onto the griddle or pan.

  7. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

  8. Repeat until all batter is used.
