Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped Chips Ahoy cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan with cooking spray.

  2. Melt butter in a large microwave-safe bowl. Stir in sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until well combined.

  3. Beat in eggs one at a time.

  4. Add flour and baking powder and stir to combine.

  5. Stir in vanilla extract and chopped Chips Ahoy cookies.

  6. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes.

  7. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
