How To Make Dish Name Bennigans Baby Back Ribs Recipe
Deliciously tender baby back ribs with smoky flavor and sweet glaze.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups BBQ sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Instructions

Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.

Mix the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl.

Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.

Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil.

Bake for 2.5 hours, or until the meat is tender and almost falling off the bone.

In a separate bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar to make the glaze.

Remove the ribs from the oven and coat with the glaze.

Turn up the heat to 425°F (220°C) and bake the ribs for another 10-15 minutes, or until the glaze is caramelized.
