How To Make Arnaud’s Oysters en Brochette
Grilled oysters wrapped in bacon is an absolute delight. The perfect appetizer for a seafood dinner.

Ingredients
- 12 fresh oysters
- 6 slices of bacon
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Rinse oysters and shuck them, leaving them on the half shell.

Cut bacon into thirds and wrap each oyster with a bacon slice, securing with a toothpick.

Combine melted butter, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the topping.

Spoon the topping onto each oyster.

Grill oyster brochettes for 6-8 minutes or until bacon is crispy and the oyster is cooked.
