How To Make Chocolate Mint Brownies
Delight in 3 layers of goodness with these chocolate mint brownies! It comes with a fudgy brownie base, mint cream filling, and a melted chocolate finish.

For Brownies:
- ½cupunsalted butter,melted
- 1cupsugar
- 2large eggs,room temperature
- 2tspvanilla extract
- ⅓cupunsweetened cocoa powder
- ½cupflour
- ¼tspsalt
- ¼tspbaking powder
For Filling:
- ½cupbutter,softened
- 2cupsconfectioners’ sugar
- 1tbspwater
- ½tspmint extract
- 3dropsgreen food coloring
For Topping:
- 12ozsemi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½cupunsalted butter
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 8×8-inch baking pan with baking spray.

Whisk together the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Then, whisk in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.

Spread the batter evenly into greased baking pan.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool.
Filling:

In a small bowl, cream the butter and confectioners’ sugar. Add the water, mint extract, and food coloring until blended.

Spread over cooled brownies. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.
Topping:

Melt the chocolate chips and butter, then whisk together. Spread over the filling.

Chill in the refrigerator for an additional 30 minutes, then cut into bars.
