How To Make Spicy Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sriracha sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.

Add the diced chicken to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through.

Push the chicken to one side of the pan and add the beaten eggs to the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.

Remove the chicken and eggs from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add the diced onion, minced garlic, carrot, and red bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir well to combine with the vegetables.

Pour the sauce mixture over the rice and vegetables. Stir well to evenly coat everything.

Add the frozen peas and cooked chicken back to the pan. Stir until heated through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
