Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 green onion, chopped for garnish
- 1 tsp sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, gochujang, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the marinade.

Place the chicken wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they’re not touching each other.

Air fry the wings for 18-20 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Remove the wings from the air fryer and place them on a serving plate.

Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
