Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions

Slice chicken breasts into thin strips.

In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Dip chicken strips into beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook chicken strips in batches until golden and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain.

In a separate saucepan, heat tomato sauce until hot.
