How To Make Chicken Sausage and Corn Chowder Recipe
A hearty soup with chunks of chicken sausage and sweet corn.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 chicken sausages, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups frozen corn kernels
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until soft.

Add frozen corn kernels and smoked paprika. Stir to combine.

Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add heavy cream and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
