  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • 4 chicken sausage links, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Roll out the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and trim the edges.

  3. In a skillet, cook the chicken sausage and spinach until the sausage is browned and the spinach is wilted. Remove from heat.

  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

  5. Spread the sausage and spinach mixture over the crust. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.

  6. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and sausage.

  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the quiche is set and the crust is golden brown.

  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
