How To Make Chicken Sausage and Lentil Salad Recipe
A healthy and flavorful salad made with protein-packed lentils and juicy chicken sausage.

Ingredients
- 1 cup green lentils
- 4 chicken sausages, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Rinse the green lentils and cook them according to package directions until tender.

In a large skillet, cook the sliced chicken sausages until browned on each side.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked lentils, sliced chicken sausages, diced red onion, diced red bell pepper, and chopped parsley.
