How To Make Chicken Sausage and Cauliflower Rice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken sausage links, sliced
  • 1 head of cauliflower, riced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1 tsp of dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add chicken sausage and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. Add in the chopped red bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.

  4. Stir in the riced cauliflower, paprika, dried oregano, and salt and pepper. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the cauliflower is cooked through.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy your healthy and delicious meal!
