How To Make Chicken Sausage and Cauliflower Rice Recipe
A healthy and delicious low-carb one-pan meal that is perfect for any night of the week!

Ingredients
- 4 chicken sausage links, sliced
- 1 head of cauliflower, riced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add chicken sausage and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes.

Add in the chopped red bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the riced cauliflower, paprika, dried oregano, and salt and pepper. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the cauliflower is cooked through.
