- 1 lb chicken sausage, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.

Add chicken sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add garlic and onion, and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

Add broccoli and bell pepper, and cook for another 5 minutes until tender.
