  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional toppings: chopped fresh herbs, sliced avocado

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add chicken sausage, sweet potatoes, red bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until sweet potatoes are tender and sausage is browned, about 15-20 minutes.

  3. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.

  4. Serve hot with optional toppings, if desired.
