- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over them.

Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken, ensuring that it is evenly coated.

Allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
