- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup crabmeat
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Using a sharp knife, make a horizontal slit in each chicken breast to create a pocket for stuffing. Be careful not to cut all the way through.
