Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast Recipe

How To Make Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast

Make your brunches better by cooking up our stuffed french toast recipe! It’s loaded with tasteful cream cheese, fruits, and nuts for a tastier meal.

Total: 30 minutes



For French Toast:

  • 4eggs
  • 1cupmilk
  • 1tbspsugar
  • 1tspvanilla
  • 8slicesbrioche bread,or challah or other type of egg bread
  • 2tbspbutter

For Filling:

  • 8ozcream cheese,softened
  • ½cuppowdered sugar
  • 1cupfresh raspberries
  • ½:
    • ½cupraspberries
    • ¼cupBlue Diamond Honey Roasted Almonds,chopped
    • maple syrup
    • mint sprigs,optional garnish


  1. Whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla.

  2. Preheat a griddle to medium heat.

  3. Melt 1 tablespoon of the butter on the griddle.

  4. Soak 4 slices of bread in the batter, then place them on the griddle.

  5. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

  6. Wipe the griddle clean with a paper towel, then repeat the process with the remaining tablespoon of butter and 4 slices of bread.


  1. Place the cream cheese in a bowl, then beat with a mixer until light and fluffy.

  2. Add the powdered sugar, then beat until combined.

To Assemble:

  1. Cut the slices of french toast in half diagonally.

  2. On 4 plates, place 1 slice of french toast.

  3. Top each slice of toast with approximately 1 to 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese filling.

  4. Top with 2 tablespoons of raspberries and 1 tablespoon of almonds.

  5. Place the second piece of french toast on top of each stack.

  6. Repeat with remaining french toast.

  7. Garnish each stack with approximately 1 tablespoon of chopped almonds, 2 tablespoons of raspberries and the remaining cream cheese filling. Top with mint sprigs.

  8. Serve with maple syrup, and enjoy!
