This is a yummy recipe your kids will love and adults do too! Griddle cakes are made like pancakes but with a starchy base and are made on a griddle pan. It’s light and thin but is full of flavor and ideal for desserts and breakfast.

How To Make Rice Griddle Cakes

  • 3 eggs
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 cup rice (cooked)
  1. Beat eggs thoroughly. Add salt and milk.

  2. Mix baking powder with flour. Add to first mixture.

  3. Add butter and rice. Mix until smooth.

  4. Bake on hot griddle, browning on each side.
