- 2 medium celeriac, peeled and grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh sage, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

In a large bowl, combine the grated celeriac, olive oil, sage, salt, and pepper.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the celeriac mixture. Press it down with a spatula to form a flat layer.
