Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen hash browns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add the frozen hash browns. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden and crispy.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the egg mixture over the cooked hash browns in the skillet. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.

Cover the skillet and cook for another 8-10 minutes, until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted.

Remove from heat and sprinkle with sliced green onions.
