Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen hash browns
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 4 sausage links, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, cook the sausage until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened.

Add the frozen hash browns to the skillet and cook until crispy and golden brown.

Push the hash browns to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs onto the empty side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked, then mix them in with the hash browns.

Add the cooked bacon, sausage, and shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
