English Muffin Breakfast Sandwich Recipe

How To Make English Muffin Breakfast Sandwich

Delicious breakfast sandwich with eggs, cheese, and ham, all sandwiched between two toasted English muffins.

Ingredients

  • 4 English muffins, halved and toasted
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Butter, for cooking

Instructions

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.

  2. Crack one egg into the skillet and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another minute on the other side.

  4. Repeat with the remaining eggs.

  5. Assemble the sandwiches by placing a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each English muffin.

  6. Top with a cooked egg and the other half of the muffin.

  7. Spread butter on the top of each muffin.

  8. Place the sandwiches in a skillet or sandwich press and cook until the cheese is melted and the sandwich is heated through.

  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
