How To Make English Muffin Breakfast Sandwich
Delicious breakfast sandwich with eggs, cheese, and ham, all sandwiched between two toasted English muffins.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 4 English muffins, halved and toasted
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Butter, for cooking
Instructions

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Crack one egg into the skillet and season with salt and pepper.

Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another minute on the other side.

Repeat with the remaining eggs.

Assemble the sandwiches by placing a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each English muffin.

Top with a cooked egg and the other half of the muffin.

Spread butter on the top of each muffin.

Place the sandwiches in a skillet or sandwich press and cook until the cheese is melted and the sandwich is heated through.
