Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 English muffins
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Cook the bacon until it’s crispy.

  3. Slice the English muffins in half and toast them in the oven until golden brown.

  4. Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and whisk together.

  5. Heat a non-stick pan and melt some butter. Pour in the whisked eggs and cook until set.

  6. Place a slice of cheese on each muffin and then add a cooked egg and two bacon slices.

  7. Top with the other half of the muffin and serve hot.
