How To Make Pancake Breakfast Sandwich Recipe
A sweet and savory breakfast sandwich made with pancakes, bacon, eggs, and cheese.

Ingredients
- 8 pancakes
- 8 slices of bacon
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, for cooking
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Set aside.

Cook pancakes according to package instructions. Set aside.

In a separate skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Crack eggs into skillet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Cook eggs until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.

Assemble sandwiches by placing a slice of cheese on one pancake, followed by 2 slices of bacon and a cooked egg.
