How To Make Croissant Breakfast Sandwich Recipe
A hearty, satisfying breakfast sandwich is made with flaky croissants, eggs, cheese, bacon, and spinach.

Ingredients
- 4 large croissants
- 8 slices of bacon
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup of baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Cut croissants into halves and toast them in the oven for 2-3 minutes.

Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy, drain on paper towels and set aside.

In the same pan, add olive oil, and fry eggs over medium-high heat.

Add salt and pepper to eggs as per taste.

Spread mayonnaise on the both halves of croissants.

Place bacon, spinach leaves, cheese slice, and egg on the bottom half of croissant.

Place the top half of the croissant on the other ingredients.
