How To Make Breakfast Slider Sandwich Recipe
Savory breakfast in a handheld slider format, perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients
- 8 slider buns
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 slices of cooked ham
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tsp of Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tbsp of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.

Cut the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a 9×13 inch baking dish.

Spread the mayo-mustard mixture on the bottom halves of each bun.

Top each bun with a slice of ham.

In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt butter.

Crack eggs into skillet and cook until whites are set and yolks are still slightly runny.

Season eggs with salt and pepper.

Place one egg on top of each slice of ham.

Top each egg with a slice of cheddar cheese.

Place the top halves of the slider buns on top of the cheese.

Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter.

Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and buns are lightly toasted.
