How To Make Grilled Cheese Breakfast Sandwich
A warm and crispy breakfast sandwich, filled with gooey melted cheese and savory ham.

Ingredients
- 8 slices of bread
- 8 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 eggs
- ¼ cup of milk
- 2 tbsp of butter
Instructions

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.

Lay out bread slices and add 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of ham on each, top with another slice of bread to form a sandwich.

Melt 1 tbsp of butter in the skillet.

Dip the sandwich in the egg mixture, coating both sides.

Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Repeat with the remaining sandwiches.

Slice and serve.
