  • 8 biscuits
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Cook bacon until crispy.

  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together.

  4. Scramble the eggs in a pan until cooked.

  5. Split biscuits in half and place on a baking sheet.

  6. Place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each biscuit.
