  • 2 ripe bananas

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Mash bananas in a bowl with a fork.

  3. Add oats, almond milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the bowl and mix until combined.

  4. Fold in chopped walnuts.

  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before enjoying.
