  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. In a medium bowl, mash bananas with a fork.

  3. Add rolled oats, raisins, almond butter, and cinnamon to the bowl. Mix until well combined.

  4. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, scoop out about 1/4 cup of dough and drop onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  5. Flatten the dough with a fork.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

  7. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
